The program sends non-marketing messages concerning rental inquiries, requested apartment information, apartment availability, tour scheduling, appointment confirmations, application assistance, and service updates.
Users who separately select the marketing consent checkbox may also receive apartment listings, newly available rentals, rental incentives, special offers, promotions, and marketing updates.
Message frequency varies based on the user’s requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For assistance, call Miami Lifestyle Rentals at 786-805-7408.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Current SMS opt-in method: Public website form.
Users visit https://miamilifestylerentals.com/sms-opt-in, enter their contact information, and manually select either the optional non-marketing SMS checkbox, the optional marketing SMS checkbox, both checkboxes, or neither checkbox. Both boxes are unchecked by default. The form can be submitted without consenting to SMS messages.
Miami Lifestyle Rentals does not currently collect SMS consent through paper forms, login-protected forms, kiosks, verbal consent, text-to-join keywords, purchased lists, rented lists, affiliates, lead sellers, or unauthorized third parties.
QR codes and advertisements, if used, must send users to the public SMS opt-in page. Visiting the page through a QR code or advertisement does not constitute consent. Users must still manually select the appropriate optional checkbox.
